Obituary for Teodoro Matamoros
Teodoro Matamoros, also known to many of his friends as “Lolo”, entered his heavenly home on Saturday, April 8, 2023 at the age of 80 years. He was born in Santa Cruz, San Luis Potosi, Mexico on September 11, 1942. Lolo will be forever missed by his wife Fransisca of 51 years.
Being with his family was always his pride and joy. His great joy was also planting fruit trees. He grew the sweetest oranges. His other hobby was BBQing, any chance he could get, with all his family, get togethers for holidays and special occasions brought him lots of happiness.
He worked for many years on chicken farms, J bar B Foods in Waelder, Kitchen Pride, Adams Extract & Spice, Cal-Maine and Aspen Beverage in Gonzales.
He is the loving father of Veronica, Claudio, Randy and Erica. He was the pround grandfather of Isaac, JoAnn, Adrian, Noel, Rianna, Anessia, Deasiah, Isabella and Noelia. He was very joyous of his great-grandchildren Fabian, Elias and Esiah.
Pallbearers include Randy Matamoros, Adrian Reyes, Jose Reyes, Jose Acosta, Juan Ontiveros, Isaac Reyes and Claudio Matamoros.
