Lois May (Kloss) Sutton, 87, of San Antonio, Texas passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at Life Care Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. Funeral Services are under the direction of Buffington Funeral Home in Gonzales, Texas, and will be held on Thursday, January 14, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Buffington Funeral Home Chapel in Gonzales, Texas with Reverend Hollis Hoffman, formerly of Eastside Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will follow at Woodman of the World Cemetery in Gonzales, Texas. Visitation will be 10:00 am 12:30 pm at Buffington Funeral Home. Lois was born in Marfa, Texas on May 11, 1928. She was the daughter of Harry and Una (Gray) Kloss. Lois married Alfred Austin Sutton, Jr. Lois enjoyed doing crafts and caring for her flower garden. She liked to watch MLB (Atlanta Braves), and the NFL (Dallas Cowboys). Lois loved spending time with her family, and especially spoiling her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Lois is survived by her daughter; Paula Sutton-Hernandez and her husband, Robert of San Antonio, Texas, two sisters; Opal Popham and her husband, Alvin of Lakehills, Texas, JoAnn Baker and her husband Joe of Round Rock, Texas, three grandsons; Dee Austin Delagarza and his wife, Tammy of San Antonio, Texas, Austin Sutton of Gonzales, Texas, Robert Hernandez of San Antonio, Texas, one granddaughter; Megan Briana Heath and her husband, Roy of Mico, Texas, two great-grandchildren; Michael Austin Eisenhauer and Ava May Eisenhauer, and numerous nieces and nephews, as well as friends from the Eastside Baptist Church in Gonzales, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents; Harry and Una Kloss, her husband; Alfred Austin Sutton, Jr., two sons; Charles Ray Sutton, Dickey Sutton, three brothers; Clarence Kloss, Clifton Kloss, and Glen Kloss. Pallbearers for Mrs. Sutton will be; Darrel Baker, Harry Kloss, Donnie Gerek, Chip Sutton, Rusty Warren, and Ricky Berger.
