Obituary for Johnny Lee Brown
Johnny Lee Brown, 61, of Waelder, passed away Sunday, February 6, 2022. He was born August 5, 1960 in Gonzales the son of Walter Glen Brown and Ava Lee Nation Brown. He was a graduate of Gonzales High School. He was a talented carpenter and enjoyed farm work and ranching.
He is survived by his step-children, daughters: Nichelle Henry and Joseph McCook, Sr. of Waelder, Latisha Owens and Dion Boddie of Houston and Tanya Owens and Darrell Cartwright of Austin; son Robert Lloyd Henry of Texas City; grandchildren: Kimberly Bolden, Joseph McCook, Jr., Brittany Allen, Demejee Hill, Anthony Coleman, Jr., Caydence Boddie and Khamirah Maxwell; great-grandchildren: Jasmine, Breland, Xvavien, Bayleigh, Benjamin and Kassidy; sister Irene Brown of Gonzales; brothers Kenneth Brown, David Brown, Riley Brown and M.L. Brown all of Gonzales, Walter Glen Brown, Jr. of Luling, Bobby Brown of Seguin and Bernal Brown of Columbus. He was preceded by his parents, wife Patricia Ann Brown and brother Bobby Joe Brown.
