Gonzalo Zuniga Reyes, 47, of Gonzales, passed away July 31, 2019. He was born October 5, 1971 in Castanos, Mexico, the son of Gonzalo Zuniga and Benita Reyes. He was an automobile mechanic and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife Elizabeth Lerma; daughters Kamrynn Zuniga, Yaretzy Zuniga and Itzel Zuniga; sisters: Asencion Azucena, Hilda, Marina, Perfecta, Diana T., Nery G., Mireya Y. and Sonia A. Zuniga Reyes and brother Julian Zuniga Reyes. He was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Tuesday, August 6, 2019 with a Rosary being recited at 7 p.m. at Seydler-Hill Funeral Home. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Reverend Paul Raaz officiating. Interment will follow at Gonzales Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Seydler-Hill Funeral Home, Gonzales.
