Elisa Flores, 86, of Gonzales, Texas passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2014 at her residence. Memorial Services are under the direction of Buffington Funeral Home in Gonzales, Texas and will be held on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at 7:00 pm at Buffington Funeral Home Chapel in Gonzales, Texas with Father Paul Raaz officiating. A Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at 6:30 pm at Buffington Funeral Home Chapel in Gonzales, Texas. Elisa was born on January 22, 1927 in Gonzales, Texas. She was the daughter of Pedro and Feliz (Nerio) Flores. Elisa enjoyed working and taking care of her flower garden. She is survived by four daughters; Ida Tyler of Columbus, Texas, Idalia Loly Reyna of Gonzales, Texas, Clementine Kiki DeLa Rosa of Gonzales, Texas, Sandra Dee Ramirez of Bay City, Texas, one son; Andres Flores of San Antonio, Texas, ten grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; Pedro and Feliz Flores, five brothers; Fortunato Neiro, Henry Flores, Joe Flores, Sr., Fred Flores, Eliseo Flores, and one sister; Hermina Tovar.
