Donna June Walker Landry, 74, of Waelder, Texas passed away February 23, 2019 with her family by her side. She was born to the late Ruben & Dovie Walker in Union Valley, Texas. She married Earl James Landry on June 10, 1964 and they lived in San Antonio, Texas until they moved to Marion, Texas. In 2005 they moved to Waelder, Texas. Donna is survived by her husband Earl Landry, her sister Rose Nell Locke of Corpus Christi, Texas, daughter Dianna Hurley & her husband David of Tomball, Texas, son Earl Landry, Jr. and his wife Kim of Waelder, Texas, grandson Garrett Hurley and granddaughter Tesha Landry. She is preceded in death by her sisters Dorothy William, and Mildred Moore; her brother William Walker, daughter Kimberly Landry and granddaughter Kendra Hurley. Donna was extremely proud of her family. She cherished her grandchildren and the time she got to spend with them. She loved nature and spending time working in her yard and garden. She enjoyed fishing and the many trips she and Earl took. She was always ready to hook up the Airstream and take off on the next adventure. A visitation for Donna will be held Saturday, March 2, 2019 from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM at Buffington Funeral Home, Gonzales, Texas, followed by a memorial service at 2:00 PM.
