Clara Josephine Revia, 92, of San Marcos, passed away Thursday, January 14, 2021. Clara was born August 18, 1928 in Palmyra, NJ, to Clarence Dee Cash and Thelma Jerusha Cash. She married Alfred E. Revia on March 18, 1972 in California.
Clara moved from New Jersey to El Centro, CA and worked in the shipyards during WWII. She met her the man she would marry at American Cover All in National City, CA. where they both worked. After her husband’s retirement in 1992, they moved to San Marcos.
Clara enjoyed sewing, keeping her home and working in her yard. She was an exceptionally friendly lady who was always cheerful, outgoing and good to all people. Clara was a loving woman who was easy to get along with. Her family will miss her dearly.
Clara Revia is survived by her adoring family: husband, Alfred E. Revia of San Marcos, sons and daughters-in-law, Alan and Darlene Revia of San Marcos, Marshall and Kim Bellows of Spring Valley, CA., and two grandchildren. Clara had two sisters, Agnes Nora Williams and Rose Mary Martin Hall and one brother, Clarence Donald Cash. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Private graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, January 21, 2021 in the Gonzales City Cemetery with Re. Clint Lowery officiating. Friends may leave their condolences and sign the guest register by visiting www.seydlerhillfuneralhome.com.
Due to current CDC, State and local mandates, protective measures regarding social distancing, limited attendance capacity and the use of personal protective masks will be required for the graveside burial rite.
